He lectures in Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, in the Faculty of Banking, Financial and Insurance Science. Since 18 April 2019 he has been a member of the board of directors of Atlantia. He is a member of the academic committee of the Master’s degree in Regulatory Economics, University of Rome II “Tor Vergata”; the editorial board of “Politica Economica/Journal of Economic Policy”; the editorial board of “Munus. Rivista giuridica dei servizi pubblici”; and the editorial board of “Mercato, concorrenza, regole”. He is on the editorial team of www.lavoce.info and writes for “Repubblica – Affari e Finanza” and “Il Sole 24 Ore”.
