Arrigo Sadun


Arrigo Sadun (PhD) has been President of TLSG International Advisors in Washington since 2012. From 2005 to 2012 he was Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for Italy and other European countries. From 2003 to 2005 he was Director of Economic and Financial Analysis at the Italian Treasury, Ministry of Economics and Finance. He previously served as Chairman and Managing Director of the Business Information Group, a consultancy specialising in macroeconomic analysis and supplying information on international financial markets. From 1986 to 1991, he was Chairman of the WEFA Group (USA), an economic consultancy company resulting from the merger of Chase Econometrics and Wharton Econometrics Forecasting Associates, the econometric forecasting and analysis institute founded by the Nobel laureate in economics Lawrence Klein. From 1976 to 1985, he was Vice-Chairman of Chase Econometrics-Europe, based in Brussels and responsible for the activities of branches in Italy, France, Germany, the Benelux countries and Britain. Previously, Arrigo Sadun served as Senior Economist at the central offices of Chase Econometrics in Philadelphia (USA).
